The OAI offers various performances and lectures for organizations and departments. The OAI gets numerous performance requests a year from organizations around campus and the community and we try to get everybody worked in that we can. We offer anything from walk-around magic to a small stage performance, and would be more than happy to perform for your event!
Since this is a teaching organization, we will generally bring some experienced performers with some beginners as assistants. The experienced members will be the primary entertainers, while the beginners get a little bit of performance experience with the aid of an expert eye to guide them and help them where needed. This helps us train new members in performace skills as well as crowd managment techniques as well as helps keep new performers from getting to nervous if they are not used to being in front of a crowd
